Invoicing - Choose which columns to show on the Invoices screens
It would be great to be able to choose which headings are visible on the default invoices view. There are some customisable reports which allow you to run a report with your preferred view. But for others such as repeating invoices there are no options.
Our company has different teams, so for these it would be good to customise the column headers, to show the contact groups the client belongs to. This would allow us to forecast what upcoming invoices are due for each team, so that they can allocate resources accordingly.
Ideally the following would be helpful
1) the functionality to customise the headings of the repeating invoices view
2) add an export to excel or pdf option and
3) a customisable report of repeating invoices

In Bills to Pay there is a feature where you can filter and also add columns to the screen view

When you are in the status tabs - All / draft / awaiting approval / awaiting payment / paid / repeating.
The columns are fixed width and no choice of which columns you want to see or not. For example, if there are notes added to a bill or an invoice it would be useful to have a flag. Also, a flag/column for disputed items would be amazing.

It would be really useful to be able to add or remove columns that are visible in the Bills and Invoices screens - there is a column in the Bills screen that looks like a 'note' but literally shows nothing and does nothing. It would be great to have a column that shows if a manual note has been added to a transaction, as well as having a column or a tick box for invoices/bills that are in query

Customise columns and allow in-line editing. Many online applications allow you to customise views, add or remove and in-line edit. With invoicing for example it would be great to be able to add a Note in a column from the view and be able to see that note in the view without having to open the individual invoice. Typically you have more than one person working on invoices, having to open an invoice to see the note and then click on Notes to see the Notes is an incredibly bad experience. I've uploaded an image of Zoho Projects that has the ability to add comments for all to see plus you have change the columns etc.
