Hi everyone, it’s great to hear the use our customers find in Contact groups on Xero. We can totally get wanting to enhance the use of contacts and bulk send statements to all members of a group at once.
In lieu of this functionality right now, you could manually filter and select contacts from your list before sending statements.
With sights set on helping our customers collect payments faster, we have a team that is looking at work in the reminders and statements space and sending to contact groups is being explored as part of this. For the time being we'll move this idea to In discovery and I'll keep you looped in on any progress that could help needs here.

Hi team, we appreciate the growing interest this idea's gaining and want you to know our product teams are very attuned to our customers desire for a bank feed for CAF bank.
We're continuing to work closely with our third party integrators to make more bank feeds available via open banking. A feed for CAF is high on our agenda, however we're reliant on third party integrators to support this integration in order for us to deliver this for you all.
I want to assure you we're pushing for it's integration, but we cannot commit or confirm a timeline for this work to be undertaken.
As soon as there's progress to share we'll happily provide further updates for you all.

Hi community, thanks for your feedback on a Unity Trust Bank feed. While a direct feed isn't available just yet, we understand that this'd save you a lot of time on manual data entry. As we work with Tink to support more open banking connections we'll move this idea through to In discovery. While this is a step in the right direction, it's not a guarantee that the feed will be developed, and we don't have a timeframe to share just yet. We'll be sure to post any updates right here.

100% agree. I work with Charities and every single one of them needs to split out salaries between the 2 tracking categories for Activity and Funding, and individual salary splits between different activities as well.
The ability to turn off posting the journal would really help so that only the manual journal needs to be posted. Of course, allowing it in the payroll functions would work, but just the ability to switch the journals off would be great for now.

Appreciate feedback on our recent update - We've slightly updated the title of this idea to reflect a desire for email notification.
Just to note for anyone coming across the idea - within the document pack details you can view how many people have signed the document, including who signed. See our example of what this looks like 🙂

I cannot believe that this is not in the plans for Xero to develop - this is a business critical feature both on sales and purchase invoices.
I need to be able to flag individual bills or invoices, not using credit limits.

I desperately need this on both Invoices and Bills. Also on the summary page if a manual note has been added. There is a column that appears to be for notes, but doesn't 'do' anything other than take you into the bill.

When you are in the status tabs - All / draft / awaiting approval / awaiting payment / paid / repeating.
The columns are fixed width and no choice of which columns you want to see or not. For example, if there are notes added to a bill or an invoice it would be useful to have a flag. Also, a flag/column for disputed items would be amazing.

It would be really useful to be able to add or remove columns that are visible in the Bills and Invoices screens - there is a column in the Bills screen that looks like a 'note' but literally shows nothing and does nothing. It would be great to have a column that shows if a manual note has been added to a transaction, as well as having a column or a tick box for invoices/bills that are in query

I'm so surprised that there is no useful filter functionality for sending statements. Being able to filter by Contact Group as a minimum would be great, and/or the ability to filter by Tracking Categories as well.
Xero - please please get these filters added - the data is all sitting there!
