E-Invoicing - Setting the e-invoicing toggle button as default.
Could you please look at making the e-invoicing toggle button as default.
This will allow the invoices raised in Xero Practice Manager to be sent to Xero and then sent in Bulk (email multiple clients from awaiting payment) rather than selecting it manually. This will save a lot of time and also allow the other side to receive the invoice in their system.
Currently what it is doing is getting us to go into the invoice and then manually toggle this for clients we know are setup for e-invoicing. If this is handle automatically it will achieve its true purpose.
It will also allow the system to go through and check the ones that are not signed up to e-invoicing and send those out as normal. Currently its doing it the other way round which is annoying especially when you raise a lot of invoicing on a daily basis and have to keep toggling the button.

Yes. It's also a case of how to keep track of which clients have e-invoicing capability or not. I'm thinking at the moment we'll need to put a code in the name like "John Smith (E)" to be able to tell - unless there is a better idea.
Also, most of my invoices are repeating subscription invoices so if that's not an option for e-invoicing it's pretty much a non starter for me.

Why introduce it and then have to try to manually remember which customers use e-invoicing and it also inhibits sending bulk invoices out.

seems like a no brainer to me - you should be able to turn einvoicing on to happen automatically for contacts if you wish
