Hi everyone, thanks for all your support here. We recognise the importance of notifying the right people when bank account details change, and how this would help businesses strengthen their checks and reduce fraud risk.
While this work isn’t directly on the roadmap just yet, this idea is on our radar, and we’re looking to explore it further to ensure we’re covering the ground needed for a smooth customer experience.
We appreciate everyone who's shared feedback and examples, as they help us better understand the impact this'd have in practice.

Thanks so much for your continued interest and feedback about how valuable adding a contact to a manual journal would be for you, your business, and clients.
We wanted to share that we’re making good headway in this space. For customers in the US, we’ve now released our new manual journals experience, which lays important foundations for us to build on capabilities like adding contacts to manual journals.
While this specific functionality isn’t available just yet, it's still on the roadmap and is actively being worked through by our product team. We’ll continue to share updates as progress is made.

Thanks for signalling your interest and sharing with us through this idea, team.
We understand why you'd like a setting for defaults when you drill down through the Account Transactions report. This is something our reporting product team have taken a closer look at, however the solution isn't a simple change and we want to be upfront that at this stage we don't have any plans for. We will share if there are any updates here.

Hi everyone, thanks for continued engagement here. We understand the needs expressed in being able to accurately reflect the supplier invoice you've received.
We're in the process of releasing a new bills experience for the bill edit and view screens, which is currently being rolled out to organisations.
When entering bills using tax-exclusive amounts, you’ll be able to adjust the GST on individual lines in the Tax amount column to help resolve rounding differences and match your supplier invoice totals.

Why introduce it and then have to try to manually remember which customers use e-invoicing and it also inhibits sending bulk invoices out.
