Global Pay Run - Ability to include company logo on payslip
Please allow the option to put the company's logo on the payslip.

Hi all, returning to the idea here I wanted to provide an update in light of recent communications you may have received - We’re making some changes to Global Pay Run to help you manage your payroll more effectively;
- From 23 July 2025 Global Pay Run will become read-only. You'll still be able to see all your past payroll information, however you will not be able to process any new pay runs after this date.
- Global Pay run will be retired after April 2026, at which point you'll no longer be able to access pay run.
This also means that we will not be making any more updates to our Global Pay Run product, and I'll move this idea to Not planned.
Between now and 23 July, as mentioned in my last post the best option here would be to use a pre printed letterhead to print company payslips.
If you're from a region where we offer dedicated payroll products (AU, NZ and UK) specifically designed for your regions unique requirements, you may want to explore transitioning to Xero Payroll. On the other hand, there are multiple app partners that integrate with Xero that you can review on our Xero app store. Thanks

It is not yet available on Global Payroll - Logo uploaded in Organisation settings does not get included on Payslips

You can put your companies logo on Payslips.
If you go to Settings>Organisation details, you can upload a logo there.
This is printed on payslips. -

It would be good to have company logo added to payslip. Employee can use it for the own purpose of application. Hope Xero can implement this function in the near future.

I think Payslips have to be able to be customised with company logo, info etc as employees might use payslips for other purposes in life such as house rental/ mortgages, opening bank account, loans application etc.
