Xero Me: Allow employees to self-service change of address

Xero Me - change of address - employee can lodge a notification through Xero Me to payroll for your change of address. The change could be approved by the payroll administrator and it immediately updates Xero, then an email would be sent to the employee to say the change of address has occurred. This would reduce administration time, spelling errors in address and encourage employees to keep their details up to date.

    It doesn't make sense, for employees to change their date birth but restricted from changing their address which happens often.

    Agree with the poster - this is such a basic requirement. How can a user change their Date of Birth (which never changes) but not their address (which can regularly change) ??

    As others have mentioned, this kind of thing would be standard elsewhere. It's surprising that it isn't with Xero Me.

    Employees should be able to change address in Xero Me. Unusual that this feature is not available in Xero Me.

    This is quite a workload drain for Xero admin and very unusual as all other providers have this as basic feature.

    I don’t understand why only the address cannot be changed. I agree, seems bizarre to leave that one out

    Agree with the above - I just found out it was not possible for an employee to change their own address as a self service.. Bizarre!
