Hi team, as previously noted although not in the General Ledger specifically it is possible to get this information running the Account Transactions report in Xero, this can then be exported if you'd like to make use outside of Xero. 

We'll mark this idea delivered with the option above, if there's particular reason you need this detail in the General Ledger welcome to add this idea back in the forums and please detail your needs to be considered.

    I need to be able to run a general ledger report by tracking categories!

    I would like to see an option to add tracking to the exported detail general ledger.
