Contacts - Ability to view contact payment method (e.g active DD form, payment plan, CC)
It would be great if, when viewing a contact, there was a quick 'sign/flag' to show if that contact has an active Direct Debit form.
Currently you have to go to >Settings >Payment Service >GoCardless >edit >Direct Debit Forms

I agree that it would be great to have the display and being able to opt out of current direct debit on the Contact. On this way, if a client is on an existing direct debit, which should be ended, I could opt out of the direct debit (make it inactive on GoCardless) before I issue a new invoice, avoiding it to be debited automatically on my clients account without even the invoice been sent to the client. Which is really annoying.

This is quite important - right now it is a very convoluted process to check whether a customer has a Go Cardless set up or not. Because the Go Cardless information isn't immediately clear, we risk chasing customers for late payment when in fact it's already being handled by Go Cardless.

I think this would be great when viewing the bills to pay tab to be able to differentiate between DD suppliers and those paid on invoice

Some sort of flag that a mandate is in place would be great.
If it could be seen on the "Invoices" screen as a column then you wont have to click into each invoice to see.

It would be useful if there was a field on the contact card where we could record if the customer pays a regular monthly amount e.g. via DD, DD through GoCardless, standing order.
If via GoCardless, it would be useful if this could populate automatically rather than having to look for this via the payment service screen in settings.
This field should be visible when the user goes into the customer contact card so as to provide a complete picture to help the user understand the customer payment arrangements.

This is a must.
If a customer has a DD mandate attached to them I should be able to see this from the actual customer page, not have to follow a unintuitive 6 stage process to find out.
