Payment Files - Option to edit beneficiary on BACS file (remove PAIDOK)

    I agree that this should be an editable field within Xero. At the very least it should be possible to just simply remove it altogether.

    Over all our businesses we pay over 350 staff and manually editing the BACS files through notepad isn't practical and a large waste of time.

    We would definitely appreciate this matter being given further consideration.

    I think this is a field that should be able to be changed. Its not nice for employees to have PAIDOK on their bank statement. It looks very unprofessional. The advice I had was to amend the reference in the notepad. But with a weekly payroll of XX and monthly payroll of XX, this is not a practical solution!!!

    It would be appreciated if this could be changed in Xero, to say Payroll.
