API - Add quote sending

The Xero API will let you send an invoice by email - https://developer.xero.com/documentation/api/accounting/invoices/#emailing-an-invoice

There is no equivalent functionality for Quotes, each needs to be send manually. This endpoint should be added in as well.

    This update is desperately needed. Any update as to when this functionality will be available? It would even be handy to have the URL link for the quote available in the API as a stop gap until quote email is deployed

    Has there been any movement on this? This is so frustrating as I have to look at a third party to generate quotes so I can automate them.
