Reporting - Attach documents to published reports
To be able to attach documents (images / PDF ) to published reports.
For example Bank Statements to Bank Reconciliation reports. Signed copies of Debtors / Creditors ledgers etc

for audit trail requirements this would be very helpful as currently actual bank account statements have to be saved externally or in Xero Files separate to where the relevant report actually is located.

It would be good to add attachments to published reports. EG if you publish the bank reconciliation report you could add a copy of the actual bank statement as evidence that your report is justified. This would be helpful for those reviewing the reports to have the attached copy.

This makes the accountant and bookkeeper roles much easier as we are both able to quickly view the source documents

It'd be good to have the ability to attach files to published reports as sometimes there is a lot of work done in the background or information received externally that supports how you came to the end result. Especially for bank recs.

The most important one to be able to add a pdf to is the bank reconciliation. Once a bank rec has been done, attaching a copy of the pdf bank statement really helps the audit trail.

this would enable quick reference for clients, and also when collaborating between BAS agents and TAX agents - and would therefore reduce time spent, and reduce cost for the business owner
