Invoicing - Option to email invoice as a CSV or PDF
It would be great to have the option to email a customer invoice as a csv or pdf or both. We are getting an increasing number of requests to send the csv version of invoices for our customers and this is currently quite a manual process to email the exported invoices.

This was a great suggestion (and well within the capabilties of the Xero development team) but hasn't been implemented after 18 months. I do feel this site is simply designed to play lip service to Xero customers and that Xero has zero intention of listening to our needs (all the while putting up the monthly subscription).

We have a customer with a new accounting system, who wants to receive invoices as a CSV. But, the CSV has to be in a certain format, enabling uploading into the new system. Our request is to be able to have the ability to customise the csv file.
