Support - Schedule a phone call using online chat
Would appreciate if the bot can confirm a schedule conference call. Made an appointment but no confirmation. In the end kept waiting for call to start. Of course nothing happen….

We have just been charged an extra $200 for our billing. This was direct debited, however there is no corresponding invoice for this transaction.
Im looking to flag this as Fraudulent.
If you could please explain that would be great -

I change the company letterhead but when I send it doesn't change the heading on the header of the invoice.

We have just signed up, connected bank feeds, watched tutorials, etc., but are not sure what we need to do next. It is not clear on your website, and we still have not had any confirmation that the bank feeds have been activated even though we did this three days ago.
I am disappointed at not being about to contact Xero for support. The website is of no use in this respect. I am sure that Xero is a good product, but as a new customer, I expect better support than this, particularly in the start-up phase.

I am trying log in, however, it takes me to the wrong part of our business. The account was set up in NZ, but I need to login for access from Australia. Please phone within the next 24 hours.

I need to organise a call to remove my email from an old account as a logged in use and change it to be my log in for my current xero. I've tried going into settings and removing but it does not allow me. can we organise a call ASAP??

xero sucks and isnt worth paying money for
with almost no support what so ever on this overly complicated system, it comes as no surprise to me that they dont offer a phone number for people to call for the simple reason the phone would never stop calling. -
