Navigation - Make the Default records per page not 10 or 25
Make the default items viewed on reports, journals, invoices etc the maximum you can view not 10 or 25

Hi Paul, rounding back to your idea here and not getting a lot of community support overtime we will soon remove this from the forums. If it is still important to you, welcome to create new ideas for the specific areas of Xero you're still vying for this in and see if it receives renewed interest.
To re-highlight from my last update there have been updates where in the Reconcile page you can now see 50 statement lines at once.
And, in areas such as Products and Services, Bills and Invoices if you change the # of items per page, this selection will be held when you navigate away, with the exceptions of using incognito mode or switching between browsers. Thanks
