NZ GST return - Late claims, Publish & incognito mode
Not a new product idea by any means, just a request to put the GST return back the way it was before the update. So far with the new update, we can no longer see the late claims on a separate tab, we cannot publish the final return in Xero and now we can not be in two different entities at once even if we are incognito mode or in a different web browser.
When querying Xero about this problem, it was suggested that I post it as a product idea, because they are all known issues but can't do anything about it unless I request it here.

Amazing how you tell Xero about the problem, they acknowledge it as a problem but because you told the "wrong" person, Xero can't do anything about it unless you spend more of your time repeating in this product ideas section what you have already told them. Why is it that users are made to do this work? If I have told Xero about this, then Xero knows about it. There shouldn't be a need for me to repeat myself. How about Xero staff do it? After all, it is us users who are paying Xero. We pay them, therefore, they do the work, not us.

I wonder how many times we need to bash our head against the wall before this is looked at.
I love Xero but DO NOT like what is happening to our trusted reliable Platform that we build our systems around. -

100% agree, please put the GST return how it was. The new report is a downgrade.

Ability to quickly check late claims is a no-brainer. Why this function was removed is non-sensical, not to mention publishing final return in Xero.
As to viewing the entities, it is imperative I see two entities at once. It is impossible to do what I do without this functionality. -
