Manual journals: Add projects category to Manual journals

It would be beneficial to add an option for the projects to the manual journals

    Although this only has 9 votes currently, surely this is a massive issue? How can anyone using projects NOT need this? Being unable to allocate manual journal lines to projects severely hampers the efficiency and effectiveness of the Project module and requires multiple manual workarounds for reporting.

    It should be possible to allocate journals by project and tracking category to ensure accurate record keeping.

    For accurate Project reporting manual journals must have an option to allocate to a project
