more option to be added in sales invoicing role
We are encountering a limitation within the current user roles that is hindering our Sales team’s efficiency in managing customer accounts.
The Issue:
The existing 'Sales (Invoice Only)' role does not provide the necessary permission for sales staff to amend, edit, or delete payments applied to invoices. This is critical for adjusting client balances quickly during the sales and collection cycle.
The only alternative role grants full access, including Purchases/Accounts Payable, which we cannot provide to the Sales team due to internal control policies.
The Request:
To ensure our Sales staff can manage the revenue process without accessing sensitive financial data, we require the creation of a customized user profile that allows:
Full access to Sales & Invoices (create, amend, edit, delete).
Full rights to apply, edit, or remove payments against customer invoices.
NO access whatsoever to the Purchases module, Bank Accounts, or General Ledger entries.
Could you please confirm if you can create this granular, customized profile for our sales users?
