Automate 'send me a copy' on invoices.
Have the option to automatically select 'send me a copy' ticked when creating invoices/repeating invoices.

Yes I agree should be able set permanently other wise there is no way to tell if your invoice was sent at all as there is no log or anything as far as I can tell??

Yes definitely need this feature in the New Invoicing Screen. When emailing the invoices out on the old style invoicing screen, the 'Send me a copy' is automatic, now I have to remember to tick this every time. I need it to keep track of which invoices have been sent out in my outlook and follow them up if needed, without having to log into Xero every time.

I use this feature in my CRM and email management of jobs, it is vital and just another box to remember to tick for every invoice.
You've thrown the baby out with the bathwater. -

I think that in Xero's old invoicing which is still available and will be until September 2024 if you tick the "send me a copy" box when sending one invoice it then defaults to that for all other invoices

This used to be a feature but I can't see if they have kept it with all the latest changes (Jan 2024).

Yes please Xero - allow this to be automated or at least the button appear for more than a second in the new sales invoicing module.

Xero makes you manually click 'send me a copy' when invoicing clients. I would like to have an option to set this up in settings, so it is automatically always set as 'send me a copy' so it doesn't have to be ticked manually every time.
