XPM - Timesheets Quick Keyboard shortcuts
Per the attached screenshots, it would significantly increase efficiency to be able to use quick keyboard shortcuts when entering timesheets. Specifically the + and SAVE buttons, as almost everything else can be entered using the keyboard alone.

Hubdoc - Capture supplier reference when posting Xero invoice
have supplier inv reference picked up in hubdoc and posted through to xero so xero can show in supplier reconciliations . so supplier canrecognise our ledger . also avoid hours trying to cross refer supplier invoice reference queries to the associated hubdoc unless obvious by date

Xero HQ - Ability to have multiple tax agents for STP lodgements
We use multiple tax agent numbers across our business yet when we lodge STP reports via the client's organisation, we can only use one tax agent number for all clients as Xero only allows for one tax agent number to be set in Xero HQ.
This is causing many issues, including staff and clients inadvertently updating tax agent details in the STP lodgment area on their own file, which is then updating the tax agent in HQ for all STP lodgements.

Hubdoc - Delete Button
Naturally, when emailing in invoices and receipts, we end up with extraneous items in the Docs Pane on the left hand side. To delete these, we currently only have a small 'delete' button in the far top right corner, followed by a confirmation message in the centre of the screen.
It'd be great if the UI was updated to have either:
- a delete button closer to the Docs Pane on the left hand side
- some right click functionality, to allow us to delete documents
- some keyboard shortcuts to allow us to process these items much quickerI…

Practice Manager - Keep user signed in when moving between the 'Clients' & 'Jobs' tabs
We are finding staff are regularly being logged out of XPM when they move between the 'Clients' tab & the 'Jobs' tab. When this happens it asks staff to log back in, but we are finding it is taking them to random different areas of XPM instead of back to where they were. i.e Setting up a new organisation page, in the middle of a client file etc. This appears to be a basic functionality issue that needs to be fixed.

XPM - Bulk email update of a client
Currently we can update a clients physical/postal address and then update all those relevant in the group using the pop up 'Update relevant client addresses'. It would be so helpful and save time to be able to do this for the EMAIL address of a client.

Xero HQ - Automate Dates in Company Minutes
I’d like to suggest adding an automated feature for populating dates in the Company Minutes, using the reporting date as a reference. This would eliminate the need to manually update dates throughout the document, saving time and reducing errors.

XPM - Connect Microsoft Outlook for client sync
I have just learned that XPM does not connect to Outlook and thus Client data is not synced. I thought this would be the most important information to sync with outlook, Afterall clients are who accountants communicate with most.

AU Tax - Cover Letter Template to include Spousal Tax Information
The Cover Letter shows the Taxable income and refundable/payable amount, can it also then include spousal tax return information so we can send one cover letter for two tax returns.

TPAR - Ability to add more than 12 rules. Some clients like to separate out each type of subcontractor they have on the books and end up with a lot more than 12.

Report Templates - Default client advisor reports to alphabetical order in Xero HQ
Xero HQ report templates overwrite the order of accounts to alphabetical when accessed at a client. The report templates are in the correct part of the financial statement for the client, but then it defaults to alphabetical order. This requires you to change the order for each client, even though it was done at the HQ level.

Xero HQ | AU Payroll - STP Finalisation Status report
Please add a column in Xero HQ, not unlike "unreconciled items" that notes the STP status of connected Xero organisations. Options to flag in this column are "STP 2 not setup", "[Year] Finalisation outstanding".

AU Tax - Copy or Dummy group certificate
I still have lots of staff asking to see a Group Certificate, especially if they have not put their tax in for a few years. It would be great if we could generate a "dummy" group certificate for the staff member, after the end of financial year. It give them the info they want immediately and adds professionalism to our company if we can provide what they need.

Job Manager - More Info on Dates
In Job Manager, please include the following dates to allow better management of workflow and practice objectives to better service clients:
- Job Received Date (from client) - make this editable, but history of changes is recorded and viewable.
- Job Start Date (when job was started on, or triggered, for recurring ones)
- Job STATE Due Date (for the specific Job States)
- Job FINAL Due Date (eg. based on deadlines or Practice's targets, eg. within 8-12 weeks of receiving the Job)
- Last Actioned Date (this can sit within the Comments/Notes column within Job Manager view, just as so many others have requested***).

XPM - Multi currency invoicing and reports
Improve multi currency capability of XPM.
Currently, XPM only caters for invoicing out in the base currency and so invoices are done out of Xero. When it compes to KPI reports out of XPM, the info is all wrong. Invoice amounts pull through in invoice currency and not base currency, where as time is calculated in the base currency, these are incorrectly picked up as over and unders. Xero HQ - Upload partner signature into compilation report
When preparing the client's financial statements it would be useful if we could upload the accounting partner's signature (e.g. as a JPEG or TIF) into the compilation report before the financials are published. We have to edit the signing section each year to update the date so it would be good & more efficient if we could upload the signature at the same time.
It would then carry forward when the draft financials of the following year are prepared.

Hubdoc - Allow publishing of $0.00 bills
Not an idea really but a bug which needs fixing.
A lot of suppliers like FedEx for example send $0 bills which HubDoc is unable to publish to Xero as the Tax and Subtotal amounts is calculated wrongly despite the bill's Total Amount of $0.00 being correctly detected. As a result the invoice cannot be published to Xero.9 votes -
Hubdoc - Bulk edit supplier configurations
I would like to do a bulk update of the supplier configurations in HubDoc to set the "Configure rules for Xero" to "off" so that we can begin our configurations from scratch. Doing it maunally for the number of suppliers we have is very time consuming so I would like to request assistance in making a bulk change.
