Practice Manager - "All" tab on tax payments screen
It would be useful if the Tax Payments screen in Xero Practice Manager had an "all" tab, where you could see all tax payments due (for a certain date). This is useful if you don't know what stage a certain letter is at.

XPM - Users to view their own timesheets under Business Menu without having visibility of other users
Request ability for individual users to view their own time recorded under Business Menu without having visibility of all other practice users. There are custom reports you can build to report on time recording but the problem is you can't easily see the total time recorded per day for each staff member for the previous or current week, to check for any gaps. It's not ideal for monitoring time recording, whereas the view under Timesheets in the Business menu is much easier to see at a glance if any days are blank or short in time. However, it is not…

Reports - Add quantity column to reports
It isn't possible to add a quantity column to a report, nor is it possible to pull through Qty data entered in Xero or create a cell the Qty can be manually typed into.
You can add a note column but this would be to link to a section of the report pack, not a quantity loaded into Xero or a box we could manually type the quantity into. Further the notes section functionality is unable to be renamed and can only be linked to other reports in the report pack. It does not work to bring through Qty data.

Job Manager: Repeating Tasks
Would be very helpful to have repeating tasks within a job. For example, if doing work for a client over the financial year there are a list of tasks every month. There is no effective solution when there are different staff assigned to different task within the client job. Repeating tasks with staff assigned for the year would allow you to keep track of what has been done & what still needs to be done for each month. (Monthly checklist for July, Aug, Sept,...)
Currently the only solution is to have a set of tasks and un-tick these each month.…

XPM - Add a Preferred Name for Trusts, as well as the Display Name
Have display name/preferred name field for trusts too. Some trusts have the same name. It will be good to be able to identify them from displayed name rather than having to go through the contacts or group page. We just need to put in a bracket at the back of their trust display name the group it belongs to.

Being able to complete timesheet using start and finish times as an option rather than just the option of filling out in hours/minutes spent on a job. This assists in tracking time throughout the day

Wanting to create a report that enables us to view the notes added to the Client Verification section. Currently it looks like you can only build reports with the Date Verified, Verified by and Verified fields. Would be good to be able to also view the notes. Particularly for non-individual clients who also need to have the relevant individuals also verified which does not always happen at the same time.

XPM - Create a Quote for a group of clients
At present it is not possible to provide a quote to a group. Eg Joe Bloggs has a company, trust, partnership and smsf and his wife and kids. We want to provide a quote for the group however XPM only allows the quote to be done for the one client.

We use fixed fee pricing for most of our services but we want to track time and see if the job is profitable.
This would be so beneficial as it would allow us to use inventory fixed fee pricing like in Xero but still analyse staff time cost against the fixed fee price

XPM - Add the ability to insert {year} or {ClientName} so that it prefills into the job when we create a new job
It would save so much time if we could prefill year into the job name when we create a new job, and client name into the description so that when the description prefills into the invoice it specifies the entity.

Practice Manager - Make WIP Ledger Write On Amount available in the API
It would be ideal if the "Write On Amount" fields in WIP Ledger reporting within XPM are made available in the API. We leverage multiple systems that need to tack together a formula to measure write offs using the available fields in the API, or cannot include Write On information, so is often inaccurate.

XPM - Replace the fax number field with mobile phone number
There are client level fields for phone and fax numbers. We have not had a fax machine in the office for a number of years. and it would be more useful to have these fields nominated as landline and mobile numbers. Consideration would have to be given to how this meshes into FYIDocs and FuseSign as FuseSign has issues if the phone number field does not meet its defined parameters.

Practice Manager - Bulk option to Write Off Balance for 'Xero Export Failed' zero-balance invoices
Where $nil value invoices are pushed to our "Xero Export Failed" list, it would be great to be able to select all $nil balance invoices in the "Xero Export Failed" list, and "Write Off Balance" in bulk. Currently we need to go into each invoice, one at a time, and select "Write Off Balance"

It would be great it we could have a Task automatically added to the auto-generated job when we have the 'Create Activity Statements on a newly generated job' option checked.

leads - Existing activities to auto allocate to owner
When we set up a new lead and allocate it to an owner, the activities should auto allocate to the owner, instead it is setting to the responsibility of the admin person setting up the lead resulting in additional time taken to reallocate each of the the activities causing unnessary time consumption

XPM - Include task start and due dates in job imports.
As XPM integrates with FYI workflow, and you can toggle between viewing a workflow by jobs or by task, it would be a massive help if when importing annual compliance job templates with pre-defined tasks, you can define the task start and due date as part of the import and not have to individually go through and update these once the jobs have deployed.

Practice Manager | Add Office 365 (sharepoint) as a document management option
You have 4 other online cloud document management systems listed via XPM. We use SharePoint and would request this to be added as a further option to link our programs for efficiency and easy of use.
We would then like tasks to be setup in jobs, that we can "link" documents in Sharepoint, to tasks/jobs in XPM.

Billable Expenses - Feature to flow through to XPM Clients
It would be great if there was a link between the billable expenses in Xero and XPM that would allow for billable expenses assigned to a client to be created as a cost in XPM. We currently add these manually as a cost on the job.

AU Tax - Report to show ATO due date and suspended date
Could you please add the field “[Tax Return] Suspended Until” to the fields available when you write an “Income Tax Client – ITCRPT” report.
This would allow a report of all clients we are ATO Agent for showing their tax return due date, status and suspended until date all on one report.
