  1. Since the creation of the new Job Manager, we are now unable to bulk add new staff members to staff allocations within a job.

    You can bulk add the jobs, but then you need to manually do the job allocations for each job

    When you have a new staff member and you want to assign them to 300 jobs, it would make it easier if we could do this in bulk rather than on a job by job basis.

  4. It'd be extremely helpful to have a field available for any type of client where a registered business name can be recorded, and if the business name is searched in the client list, the entity that the business name is recorded against shows up.

    For example, if Joe Bloggs Pty Ltd owns the business name Bloggs Flowers, we could search for Bloggs Flowers in XPM and Joe Bloggs Pty Ltd would show up.

  5. Hi it would be good if we could import some costs into XPM which are marked as Not billable (eg xero costs) so when doing the invoicing we don't have to untick all the boxes.

  10. We leverage the Income Tax Client Report within XPM, and report on lodgements leveraging this data. It would be great if there was the ability to schedule the Tax Agent Request to the ATO for refreshed data - e.g. once per week, so that the reporting we have is automatically refreshed periodically and this doesn't rely on a person refreshing the data manually.

  11. We need to improve permissions on XPM, I want to provide permission to my managers to their staff members timesheets. The only way I can do this is to give them access is by giving them Access Financial data which really is too high for what we require.
    Only other way is to provide them with a report weekly...

  17. Business Snapshot - I see that business snapshot contains figures that can help small or big businesses interpret their business flow. Is it possible if Xero can add a feature where there is a suggested inputs or tips to increase profitability or current ratio if the business has low results, identify risks as well through the generated reports in system?

  18. Would love to be able to bulk assign a contact to multiple clients in XPM. We are in the process of cleaning up the duplicate contacts as the existing contacts can now be re-used across multiple clients. We found it very time-consuming to assign contact one by one.

  20. Productivity Reports

    I am using report builder to create a productivity report for my staff. What i would like to show on the report is:

    Capcity reducing time + billable time + non-billable time = total time for week

    I would then like a productivity percentage calculated as billable time / (billable + non-billable).

    I would also like this report to have a YTD actual column and YTD budget column so that on one report I can see how productivity as been for the most recent week but also YTD on the on the report.

    This will then tell me…
