  2. We currently can drag and drop details in the bank rec screen to populate fields. As the OCR in Hubdoc is not so polished yet, if we can have a similar drag and drop feature would be immense in using Hubdoc to process transactions as this would cut down on the data entry.

I find it very easy to accidentally drag and drop folders into another folder in the documents list and then it's gone before you even notice which folder it was or which folder it got dropped into. Please please please add a pop-up query when a folder is dropped into another folder - "do you really want to do this?"

  4. We have a group of entities, all on Hubdoc.
    To save having to communicate with all suppliers which individual email they should use, we would prefer our group invoicing email to bring invoices into a central area on Hubdoc, so the invoices can then be dragged into the relevant entities

  5. Would it be possible to be able to have the ability to add comments or a signature to an invoice to allow the user / approver to see that an invoice has been approved or where it is required to be coded?

    This could be at the Hubdoc or Xero stage of the process.

    The comments may also reference particular details around the what the invoice actually relates to. ie. new engine for a truck. A comment would allow you to make note of what truck and the rego number.

  7. It would be really helpful if there was a way of adding a notification dot on the "failed" tab in Hubdocs to alert the user to any documents that have not been published. We have often had documents that have failed but forget to look on the failed tab. A reminder dot would be so helpful and probably quite easy to install into the programme. Is this possible please?

  8. When an email is forwarded to Hubdoc, only the body of the email is captured (if you have that option ticked in the settings). We need the full email sent to Hubdoc captured in the document created by Hubdoc, ie please include the email fields FROM, TO, SUBJECT, DATE as well as the body of the email, ie the full email that was sent to Hubdoc. Often we have to reply to the email that has been sent and we only have access to the version sent to Hubdoc as the original email is often sent to the clients email…

  9. Can we dumb it down for our clients when it comes to selecting the account code. When creating an invoice or a purchase bill we should not be able to code it to Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. When posting directly to Xero it gives you an error but when someone is posting to BILL or QuickBooks it continues to let it go through. Then when BILL syncs with Xero it causes a syncing error. This is also an issue with the bank accounts being select as the account code. Why can we just remove bank accounts, AR and AP…

  10. I wanted to put a suggestion that when hubdoc is getting the totals, that they get the correct total and maybe even a prompt when it is unsure of the subtotal and total. I have had a few issues come up where hubdoc is bringing in the incorrect total.

  11. User & Approval - Having a user that can upload documents & code them. Save the changes but not publish to Xero. Bookkeeper can then check the coding is correct before publishing to Xero or having a approval process where the document is sent to be approved before publishing to Xero, and this would work for purchase orders, invoices & receipts

  12. Hubdoc App. Can we have the ability to hide archived documents. Or create a separate tab similar to the web version. Another option is to make archived documents dim so clients are aware that the documents are processed and are in Xero.

  14. In the UK most agent management statements show both the rental income and the cost of sales for their fees, and any expenses incurred on behalf of the landlord.

  15. Simplified view of outstanding receipts that need to be processed to the accounting software ie numbers reflected in the top tabs.
    Currently it is hard to get a quick view of what needs to be accomplished in hubdoc and what has already been done.

  16. I have 19 rental properties with 19 separate AT&T internet bills monthly. There needs to be a method within Hubdoc to automate publishing each receipt to a uniqueTracking Category each month. Right now it is all manual and very time consuming.

  17. At the moment Hubdoc extracts supplier name only which makes it tricky to use for processing sales invoices as the customer has to be manually selected and has no default settings. If Hubdoc could also extract customer name, it would really help with AR processing.

  19. I like how Hubdoc separates the data extraction to "Transaction Details" such as Supplier, Amount and Date. from "Destination Details" Such as Account code and contact..

    We use Tags on the app to create Folders in hubdoc that organise team Expenses & Budgets.

    It would be good to be able to set additional Folder/Tag settings in hubdoc that could over ride the Global Supplier settings in hubdoc when a tag is added.

    Allowing for the Suppler to remain the same but the contact, Tax rate, account and tracking categories to be applied from the Tag/Folder settings.

  20. It would be good if I could setup a google drive file/directory where we can drop invoices into it and they are automatically uploaded to Hubdoc. Other products do this but I would like to fully migrate
