Xero HQ - Transfer/copy reports between practices & organisations
Ability to transfer customised reports between practices or other businesses. Currently this is not possible so if a client changes accounting practices then reports do not follow. This is expensive for the client for reports to be redone and totally unnecessary given that all the formatting necessary already exists on another system.

Include functionality to share custom reports with another external Xero account.

I second Charlotte's comments, we have a number of clients that want to run the same reporting suite across all of their entities Xero files. Being able to create a report at the practice level and assign it to organisation/s so that anybody with say advisor access to that organisation could run the report would a) save us a lot of time creating the same report pack in multiple files and b) would also save clients $$ in their invoice from us.

Xero reports don't currently have a feature that allows you to copy your custom layouts to another organization - this would be great! we have many clients with multiple Xero entities and this would be a time saver and a quick win on your side?

Our clients find it useful to see the profit before tax figure so we have been editing the profit and loss account to show that, then the corporation and deferred tax charges, and then the profit after tax. Whilst it's fairly easy to do this, it is a pain to have to edit the report for every client individually. It would be great if there was an option to copy a custom report layout from one client to another

This is particularly important when a heavily modified report has been created for one client who is winding up but another client is taking over the business (new xero organisation) and wants the existing reports from the old business.

We should be able to copy and edit a report used for one client and use the same format in another client. Or create a template from a client's published report.
