Users who are 'invoice only - sales' need to be able to view prepayments when they look at the individual customer's activity tab. Currently prepayments do not appear at all.
They only appear when they open an invoice in the old invoicing (this feature has disappeared with new invoicing but is apparently being fixed)

I appreciate your response. Since this user sends all invoices to clients, is it possible to include a payment tab on the invoices. (see attached just like mine) Payment allocations and receipt sending are not done by this user. To facilitate a prompt payment, we simply need the payment tab to be sent with the invoice. This user doesn't need to have access to bank account information, reports etc.

A current limitation of the Invoice Only user permission is that the user cannot add payment services to an invoice. A second user with more expansive permissions must go in to add payment services to the invoice. This is an unnecessary additional step that can slow down the A/R process. Adding "add payment services" as an option under the Invoice Only permission will help to streamline this process for many companies.
