Need the option to add multiple organizations to one client record. At present we are forced to create a duplicate client.

Report Templates - Add *any* Xero report to the template
It would be good if any report you can already run in Xero could be added to a report template - this would include GST reports (activity statement and GST reconciliation), payroll reports etc. That way instead of having to manually extract each of these reports for each client we can just do it in bulk through one report template.

Chart of Report Codes: A powerful features for Advisors
Xero HQ should include a feature called ‘Chart of Report Codes,’ functioning similarly to the Chart of Accounts in Go Xero. This feature would allow Advisors to define and customise Report Codes themseves, rather than relying on Xero's predefined Report Codes, as they possess a deeper understanding of their clients' accounts than Xero. Consequently, Advisors could generate diverse Management Report Pack templates based on different sets of Report Codes configurations to accommodate diverse industries.

Custom report formula - formula can look through a closed group
It would be very handy to be able to create a formula in a custom report that could reference a group/custom row that sits within a closed group as sometimes you need these rows in order to drive the formula but they dont add any helpful information to the final report.

When posting bills from HubDoc to Xero, they sit in "Awaiting Payment." Xero recently introduced a function to detect duplicate bills, but I found it to be ineffective.
The system fails to identify actual duplicate bills, as it primarily matches invoice numbers. However, invoice numbers can vary due to auto-syncing from HubDoc, making this method unreliable. In most cases, duplicate bills share the same amount and date rather than the invoice number. The matching criteria should prioritize these factors to ensure accuracy in detecting duplicates.1 vote -

Client Insights Totals
Client Insights is fantastic for showing client by client stats.
How about providing a TOTAL for the entire client list or filtered list, so that you can see how each client compares to the selected "community" of clients1 vote -
Report Templates - Default client advisor reports to alphabetical order in Xero HQ
Xero HQ report templates overwrite the order of accounts to alphabetical when accessed at a client. The report templates are in the correct part of the financial statement for the client, but then it defaults to alphabetical order. This requires you to change the order for each client, even though it was done at the HQ level.

VENDOR NAMES HELD ON INPUT
When entering a number of invoices for the same customer or vendor it would be great not having to reenter the name for each entry. Recommend the ability to "pin" a name for multiple entries under the same name.

Notification of acceptance of a Xero subscription transfer
We occasionally have issues when transferring Xero subscriptions with the notification being missed by the other party. Is it possible for the subscriber to receive an email when the transfer period is due to expire and the other party has not accepted?

Permissions - Ability to remove users from cancelled or expired trial Xero subscriptions
Ability to remove team members from cancelled subscriptions or a trial which has expired whether setup by our practice or the client.

Report on E-Invoice
Hi Xero Support,
We've been generating individual e-invoice from Xero/Invoici for months, however, we could not find any report on e-invoice generated through Xero/Invoici.
This report could help us in ensuring accuracy of the data exported to MyInvois portal. We would require a specific report on the generated individual e-invoices to make sure that they tally with the sales invoices report from Xero.

CONSISTENCY in the default naming convention for DATES in Xero
I know this is not critical for the reporting accuracy of Xero within, but it would be a great help to those who extract many times a report from Xero and have multiple clients handling. I hope Xero Support can find ways to be consistent in their naming convention by default. And not overriding names thru Report layouts. Thanks!

Viewing full list of the Chart of Accounts from client's Xero organisation
The Chart of Accounts interface within the client's Xero organisation displays a limitation of 200 accounts per page. This necessitates frequent clicks of the 'Next' button, which can be inefficient. It is believed that the Xero Product Team could enhance this feature to allow the display of an unlimited number of accounts on a single page, mirroring the functionality currently available in the Chart of Accounts template within Xero HQ.

Proposed UX/UI Enhancements in the 'Ask' Feature for Better Advisor–Client Interaction
The functionality to format text with bold, italics, and underlining.
The ability to apply multiple highlight colours to text, as well as different font types and colours.
The retention of multiple paragraphs within the 'Ask' feature is necessary. The current limitation, which merges all paragraphs of a question into a single block of text upon sending queries to clients, may lead to confusion and diminished clarity in communication.

Report Templates - Export to docx
Report templates do not support advanced layout structure and require marginal adjustments often.
Currently, export in docx format (or other MS Word compatible formats) is not supported and the Xero Team recommends to convert .xlsx into .docx which is not ideal and takes a long time.I suggest offering the possibility to export Xero reports that have been filled out (based on Reports templates) to .docx or MS word compatible formats.

Within insights you should be able to change the date ranges for data so you can see for example revenue for 12 months etc.

Add invoice from Xero business edition to document pack
Ability to export an invoice created in Xero business edition to a document pack.
For example, if I prepare a BAS or tax return for a client and send it to them in a document pack along with my invoice, I have to export the invoice from Xero and save it, and then add it to the document pack.
It would be beneficial if there was an option in the invoice screen to add the invoice to a document pack, similar to adding a completed tax return from Xero Tax to a document pack.
