Practice Manager | Clients - Ability to set separate contact information from linked Contact
Thanks to the team for releasing the ability to link one contact to multiple clients! While appreciated, it falls a tad short since only the "Position" is set per client. If possible, it would be great if the Salutation, Addressee, Phone, Mobile, Email Address, and Custom Fields, could also be set on a per client basis. This would allow for flexibility where the one contact has different contact details per client.
One example is a bookkeeper that works for 5 clients of ours. For two of those clients, they use hey@awesomebookkeeping.com. For the other three, they use accounts@client1.com,…

Job Manager - Create a 'To do' list of recurring tasks
Create "to do" lists in tasks, and allowing them to become a template - this would make it so much easier when creating jobs - gives staff a tick off for each task if required.
Would be so much easier than currently doing it through a Job Level and having to create tasks with "To Do' lists individually.

Practice manager | Xero Sign - Report on date sent
Ability to be able to report on the date sent for Xerosign returns. The date sent is recorded but you can't report on it. This would make follow ups a lot easier to be able to see when each out to sign return was sent for e-signing.

XPM - Edit 'to-do' list items
If you currently want to edit a line on the to do list you have to create a new line and enter the data, than delete the previous item.
It would be great if we could have an edit function on the to do list so we did have to add the extra step of recreation2 votes -
XPM - Include statement in personalisation settings
Include "Statements" in the XPM Business\Settings\Personalisation - Email Sending Settings section so that emailed customer/client statements are sent from the practice and not the individual staff member email address who may happen to have emailed out a customer/client statement.

XPM - Report that shows clients and their income/turnover
We are in the process of organizing our client list for Audit Shield and like many other accounting firms we need to assign our clients a Turnover category. Currently Xero informs me there is no report I can run that will list the clients and their turnover for me to easily identify which category to assign to the client for audit purposes.
A report that shows the client, their income/turnover and the possibility to group and total buy the Client Group would be amazing and save so much unnecessary admin time.

Practice Manager - Delete multiple jobs
Delete Multiple Jobs. When you want to cancel/delete a job, you have to do this one by one. This is okay but if you have like 30 BAS jobs from x client, it is a pain to delete one by one.

- Practice Manager - Regular syncing of "Clients" to Xero Blue "Contacts"
If not, would you mind providing a few more details so myself and other users can better understand and upvote it? It'll also mean I can make sure it gets in front of the right product people at Xero 😊

When will we have an option to update all client emails/phone numbers at the same time?

Job Manager - Show completed employee's tasks for jobs with multiple staff allocation
On JOB MANAGER - If more than one staff member is allocated to a job with multiple tasks a icon / green tick / should be added next to a persons name or the name should be highlighted if all their tasks in that specific job is completed. That will help with recon process for managers, without having to go into the job every time to see which staff member has to still complete their tasks.
AS ATTACHED IMAGE - OUR PRACTICE WILL NOW KNOW ANEL HAS COMPLETED ALL THE TASKS ASSIGNED TO HER IN THIS SPESIFIC JOB WITHOUT NEEDING…

XPM - Timesheet Credit Option for Team Members
Would be great for team members to be able to enter timesheet credits for flexitime hours over their standard daily hours, without having to enable the Financial privileges option in Staff settings (as this then provides visibility to all timesheets, ability to lock/unlock timesheets, ability to enter time for other team members, along with various practice financial report features etc).

XPM | Clients - Ability to exclude members of Non-Taxable Groups from Related Client Tax Returns
There is the option of adding Groups as a taxable group, however if the option is not selected client members of that group still pull through as related parties when adding a new return. The ability to use multiple Groups would be a great driver for "advisory" automations in 3rd party software if it didn't have that adverse outcome. Enhancement request - adding a tax return the related clients should only pull through members of the taxable group and exclude members of the "advisory" group.

AU Tax | Income Tax Client Report - Field to add Jobs and view progress
We have an Income Tax Client Report (ITCRPT Report) which links to the ATO and shows us who still needs to be lodged and their due date. We would like to add jobs to it so we can see the progress of their associated tax return job. Xero Support have advised currently, it is not possible to include any extra details to the ITCRPT Report.

NZ Tax - Bulk create GST/Tax returns for the period/year
Currently we have to create GST/Tax returns one at a time for our entire list. It would be great if we can create gst returns on the gst jobs in one go so we don't miss any on the outstanding report.

NZ Tax - Ability to set up multiple cover page templates for a return type
Currently you can only set up one cover page template for tax returns in XPM. We'd like to be able to set up two different cover letters with different branding for each tax return and alternate between the two (i.e. select which cover letter you want for that return) when we are printing the tax return.

It would be great if XPM had a little pop-out screen/app option for the quick timer that could sit in the corner of your screen, so you could quickly start/stop/edit your timer.

Practice Manager | Actual time reports based on actual time (not rounded)
If you have your firm time billing set to round up then all of the reports - even actual time reports, report the rounded hours and not the actual minutes worked. This is really inaccurate and makes it really difficult for me to get a good gauge on employee billing and performance. Please look at amending any reports using a rounded time figure that should be actual time.
In addition and also critical to this issue XPM timesheets for payroll but I am also pretty certain that if you are using XPM timesheets for your payroll it pulls/exports the rounded…
