  1. Bulk amend access to Bank Admin and File VAT returns

    It would be great if we could remove access to Bank Admin or Filing VAT returns for staff members from all client organisations that they have access to. curently we have to go into each individual organisation to remove this.

  3. Practice tools | Staff - Ability to set up and assign permissions to groups of staff

    It would be great to be able to set up Security Groups with permissions set for each group, which is then applied to each staff member by adding the Staff to that Security Group.

    This way, if a permission needs to be changed for a group of Staff, it can be done at the security group level rather than having to click into each Staff member and edit their individual permissions - which can create inconsistencies and easily miss settings when dealing with a large number of Staff.

  4. Practice tools| Staff permissions - Granular permissions to timesheets

    I would like to place feedback around user settings, The user permissions are limiting and weird ones seem to go together. Currently all staff can see everyone's timesheets, we we're advised to remove the financial setting under financial privilege's to remove staff access to timesheets, in doing so staff could no longer see budgets on jobs, therefore we had to give all users back that permission, in effect allowing all staff access to everyone's timesheets it just doesn't make sense.

    It would be really handy if we could assign a user group to a staff member instead of having to…
