I am also finding it very difficult to use Hubdoc and Smart Document Capture becuase of this reason, the client nor I usually know which bank account the receipt related to so does not match up to the bank transaction, resulting in having to delete the receipt and process it again from scratch

Dext allows receipts to be published directly to a bank account in Xero, bypassing the Purchases section entirely. This is particularly useful for clients on lower-tier Xero plans that don’t include Purchases.

With Hubdoc, the only way to get the receipt into Xero is to download it, re-upload it, and manually enter the details as an account transaction. Dext extracts the data automatically and publishes it straight to the bank account, leaving only the bank reconciliation to complete. We URGENTLY need this feature in Hubdoc.
