Hubdocs App - the ability to add expense code and tracking category
Currently clients can't code or assign a tracking category on the app

The Hubdoc app limitation in assigning expense codes and tracking categories can make mobile expense management less flexible for clients who need proper financial classification on the go. In a similar way, systems like JRS tracking https://jrstracking.ph/ rely on structured tracking details to ensure every parcel is properly identified and updated, showing how important accurate coding and categorization are for smooth tracking and record keeping.

I am actually astonished this is not a thing. This is really an absolutely basic feature and has been a major part of accounting for well over 300 years. Look at a paper Cheque Requisition form from the 1920s and you'll see the capacity to assign a department/job code. The whole point is to capture the context about the transaction from the person requesting the transaction be made. How is accounts supposed to know what department/job budget the expense should be coded to?
I can't even express how much of a basic feature this is. This is like not having a SUM function in spreadsheet software and shipping it thinking it's a minimum viable product.
Hubdoc shouldn't have been shipped without this feature. Shame on Xero!
