Hi team, I know it's been sometime since this idea was initially raised and we wanted to update you all here.

We appreciate and understand why some businesses would prefer the acceptance of a Quote be sent to the organisation's reply to email address, rather than the user that initially created the Quote.

While our product team have reviewed and are attentive to your interest in this, we want to be upfront that this is not something we currently have direct plans for changing the behaviour of.

Our team will continue to review this idea and when we're in a position to assess notification and communications for Quotes, we'll share if there are any updates around this, here.

I don't even understand how this is not a default function, and something to be brought into line with invoices and statements.

This is a critical issue that needs to be fixed

Being able to track income and expenses to a project is a requirement of our business structure. Clicking into each individual invoice to make sure it's been assigned to a project is wasted time. Need the same functionality as Xero does in bills "View invoices not assigned to a project"

Hi community, we’d like to share that we’ve introduced tax widgets in Xero Partner Hub so your practice can see how many returns are sitting in the Error tab.

We’ve also improved ATO response times, so returns will come back from the ATO faster and you’ll be alerted to errors sooner.

We’d love your feedback on whether these improvements address the needs behind this idea, or whether there are still situations where an email notification would be more helpful.

Hi everyone, understand the confusion in some of the recent comments here. To explain how this works at present - A report will automatically default to portrait or landscape mode based on the width of the report. The more columns you add, Xero will automatically switch the layout from portrait to landscape mode.

The same report should not change from user to user, if you're finding this it may be worth checking your printer fit settings and if these differ.

We don't have plans for developing an option of whether a report prints in landscape or portrait mode atm, but our teams are across the interest of this, so if there's any change we'll share an update on this with you, here.
