Hi all, we appreciate the feedback on how we could improve pagination for customers across different areas of Xero. A couple of updates here that may help with this;
- We have added the ability to search and filter no the Reconcile page. Meaning you can quickly navigate to a Date range of statement lines you'd like to reconcile
- As we update areas of Xero you'll find the selection for how many items to view is now held (examples are in Products and services, Invoices and Bills). So, if you navigate away from a page when you return you should still see that same selection e.g 25, 50, 100 items. The only caveat to this is using incognito mode, or switching browsers

Hello everyone, we appreciate all the support here and understand how being able to import and export bank rules would help with clean up, and save time in updating or adding bank rules.
The idea has been closely considered, however we want to be transparent that building this specific feature is not on our roadmap.
Our current focus within bank reconciliation is on delivering more automation and intelligent tools to help you reconcile faster. This includes improving the core functionality of how Xero suggests and matches transactions, ultimately aiming to reduce the need for manual rule creation and management.
We're confident that these broader improvements will help streamline your workflow and address some of the underlying pain points you've raised. Xero payroll should calculate the employees leave for us, instead I have to prepare a report and get the calculator out for each public holiday and each annual leave request. Our staff work variable hours.
