    Hey everyone, we've seen all your votes and comments, and we totally get it – not being able to schedule one-off invoices or pick specific send times is a real pain point. Your feedback makes it clear how much time it costs you and how it can affect your client relationships.

    Right now, repeat invoice templates go some way to providing some automation. But we know that's not quite what you're asking for when it comes to those one-off invoices or more precise timing for all your emails.

    The good news is, our product team is digging in to the work that'd be needed to develop a solution, and figuring out the best way to make this happen. While we can't give any promises just yet, please know that your feedback is a huge part of this discovery process. Keep those comments and votes coming!

    Appreciate the feedback from everyone here, and hearing the value you'd find in being able to add a clients logo to reports and make them look more professional.

    Being upfront, this isn't somethign we have plans for developing right now, but I can assure you your feedback is heard by our product teams and they are keeping a watchful eye on the idea.

    We'll continue to get a sense of community support in this here, and if there are any updates I'll be sure to share with you all on this idea. Thanks

    Invaluable esp for example a charity needing to report on specific grants to funders with say a tracking report with their own branding on it.

    Seems very basic need to be able to clients logo on their reports. For example a charity needs to report to outside funders and having their own branding on those reports and tracking reports of a particular grant is key without having to export to anything and add their logo as that doesnt work for some clients who just want to have it all done when publishing a report so its easily done. Just allow each business in Xero to upload and have their own pdf styles to choose from.

    Hi community, thanks for all the energy and great conversation on this idea. We recognise the passion for making reporting in Xero better for your needs.

    Wee understand that rebuilding report templates for each individual client or entity is time-consuming, and the current option of using Report Templates in Xero HQ mapping of the chart of accounts can be tricky to apply to different client files. However, we want to front foot that enabling the ability to transfer reports across practices or organisations isn't planned in the near term.

    We'll continue to review and consider this idea in the longer term and if this work is picked up will be more than happy to share an update with you all, here.

    I have the same problem, I swear all my custom reports used to be available to me to use in other organisations but they are gone. I have 4 clients who are in the same business, same structure, same COC and I swear I used to be able to use the same custom report for all 4. Recreating the report in the practice doesn't work as the COC is not the same and having to redo it 4 times is so annoying, is this a change from Xero?

    Yes having a setting in Xero to require two users to approve bills and also nominate who can approve would be great, esp for charities as auditors are very thorough and without this we are in the dark ages of printing off paper and having people sign.
