    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on the need for more control when setting up an Invoice Only user.

    The former Invoice Only role is now available as Sales, Purchases, Sales and Purchases, or Draft Sales and Purchases, making it easier to choose access that matches a user’s responsibilities.

    We’ve also introduced more granular Inventory permissions and access to relevant Sales or Purchases reports without opening the full Reporting Centre.

    These changes address core needs expressed here for more flexible permissions.

    Individual controls for every option raised in this idea aren’t available yet. We’ll continue building on this foundation as we work towards more customisable role settings.
