Hi team, I wanted to share that the recent updates for the Reconcile page have now been released to all users. This includes a search bar at the top of the page and includes filters for date range and amount. This provides the ability to look up criteria of your statement lines and narrow down your search.
You'll also find you can now view more statement lines per page, with up to 50 at a time - You'll find more on this and other updates shared on our blog.
We appreciate the ask on this idea is a search across all statement lines, across all bank accounts. I want to confirm this is not something we have plans for developing at this stage, and I'll move this idea back to 'submitted' so we can continue to track and update you if there is any progress of this, here.

Agree with the other comments. This is particularly painful with archived clients. You have to first restore them, then as others have suggested, you have to then update the tax access and then archive the client again.
More importantly, if a staff member has tax access restrictions placed on them, they shouldn't be able to see the list of tax return in the tax module. Currently, they are still able to see the list.

This is critical for our practice as well. Have considered looking at alternative solutions. Have communicated this with Xero as well.
We would also like to be able to group the jobs for each client in the invoice so that they are sorted as follows:
Client 1
- job 1
- job 2
Client 2
- job 3
- job 4We are also looking to have the client name appear on the invoice somehow. Currently it will output the billing client name only.

Thanks for your involvement and sharing your interest in adding multiple email addresses for a client in Practice Manager with us here.
This idea has been reviewed by our product team however with other priorities right now we don't have immediate plans for developing this capability. If there's any movement or news we'll definitely share with you all, here.

I also have individual clients with the same name (yes even middle name). This should be based on client number.
