XPM / Xero Tax - Ability to type the date instead of the date picker

To allow users to type the date in XPM.

Purpose: Because it is easier to type the date instead of the date picker.

Also, if we have to use a date picker, we shouldnt need to have to change the year first to be able to select a month after the current month. If the year needs to be selected first, it should be listed first.
