Hi Tina, just thinking in lieu of this feature atm - To help get a view of bills that don't have an assigned planned date you can click the Planned date header to sort all bills by planned date and this will also group all bills with no planned date. 🙂

Hi everyone, a year on from my last engagement we wanted to provide an update for you all here.
As many will be across we're in the midst of making a lot of iterations and improvements to new invoicing leading up to the retirement of classic invoicing in September (2024).
We have a fair amount of work lined up in the teams schedule over the coming months and to give an indication there isn't any committed plans around a function to add interest to invoices.
That said, we do have a team that have picked up and are considering how we might solve this with the technology in new invoicing - It's early days on this yet, but I'll share if there's any progress on this for you all here.
In the meantime, as has been shared by others over time there are a few ways you could accomplish this…

Hi everyone, we value your input to this idea and how adding files directly to a fixed asset in Xero would be of use and improve efficiency for our customers.
Noted in my last update - our team are now in the midst of building Fixed Assets with updated technology. We plan to begin releasing this in the latter part of this year.
Our product team have paid close attention to the requests related to Fixed Assets here in community as they develop, and we do have intentions of providing the ability to attach files to assets.
For now, we'll shift to Under review and I'll keep you updated when we're closer to making this available to you all.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joanne Dooley commentedThe whole statements area is surely due for an upgrade? Being able to send by contact group would be amazing - when you go into the contacts area, it almost feels like it's about to let you do it... then it doesn't.

Always show the column header and the operations at the top of the page as you scroll through the bills to pay. This would make it faster to select all items from the same supplier, and check the total (which is at the top), then perform operations such as "approve" and set a "planned payment date" which are also at the top.
