Hi team, as we continue to develop Xero Payroll for our AU customers we're pleased to share this is an idea that our product team have picked up to delve into and better understand the needs and makeup of users that are highly impacted by the manual data entry of timesheets.
As part of their research they're looking to connect and hold interviews with a few customers, who can feedback on their new Timesheet data import prototypes.

I've checked in with our Payroll team where this detail is saved.
We appreciate wanting more options for gender when entering personal details, and in some regions such as AU & NZ this is optional.
Currently, in order to ensure successful payroll filings with HMRC in the UK, we need to match the schema they provide. That said, our team are reassessing how this fits in Xero so I'll shift this Idea to 'under review' and can share any updates that come.An error occurred while saving the comment

Just to add a suggestion and boost this further - At the least it would be great if we could remove title from the payslips so our staff are not misgendered every time they open their payslips.

Just boosting this function request - this would save us hours of staff time and potential errors manually entering 100+ staff's hours each month.
