Hi team, thanks for sharing this feedback. We understand that sometimes speaking with someone directly is the quickest way to work through an issue, especially when you need help with something urgent or complex.
At this stage, an inbound phone number isn’t part of our current support model. Our focus is on making sure customers are connected with the right team member who has the right context to help, rather than spending time waiting in a queue.
For situations where a call is the best option, we offer a callback service so our team can connect with you at a suitable time and be prepared to assist.
We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Feedback like this helps us understand what matters most to customers and where we can continue improving the support experience.

Hi team, we appreciate the conversation however we want to be open that we don't have any short term plans for changing the export of Manual Journals in the near term.
Not getting a lot of community support over time, this idea will soon be removed. If it something you feel very passionate about you are welcome to restart and see if there is renewed interest from the community.

It would be great if the description printed when you go to print the journal. Currently all that prints is date, the account name and the amount. The description is often the crucial piece of informaiton that makes the journal make sense. It would also be very nice the description allows more than one line in the box the way it did three hours ago before the new version of journals came into being. I don't feel personally that the new version is an improvement on the original. In fact its the opposite. Once again you've made something simple more time consuming.

Hi team, we appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of having decimal places visible in workpapers especially for tasks that require a high level of detail. I'm pleased to let you know that our product teams have paid close attention to the idea from our community here as they develop our new Workpapers solution, where all workpapers in the new solution will show 2 decimal places.
For those of you using the existing Workpapers solution, there's no immediate change. You can continue with your current workflow. Once the new solution becomes available, we'll share more information on how to access it.
We're beginning to roll this out to Partners starting with Australia, and will be expanding to other regions in early 2026.
