Xero Support - Have an inbound phone number
HAVE A PHONE LINE!
Xero claims "24/7 support" - This is a fraudulent claim.
Denying your clients a number to call is not only repugnant customer service, it is spitting in the face of people who pay for your product.
Whoever had the idea to save money by not having a number to call should be let go, uncerimoniously
