An error occurred while saving the comment Derrick Cant commentedThere should be a field within the customer account which you can select to send statements or invoice reminders etc. We have customers with different requirements so to fully automate the process it would be great if each customer can be customised.

This feature needs to be implemented.
Every contact needs to be customisable with different default email addresses for actions taken (eg remittance, PO, invoice, statements etc).
