Appreciate your feedback on the idea here. As a grounds to start from we thought it would help to confirm;
- There is a two way sync of your clients between Practice Manager and your practice Xero organisation Contacts
- The sync between XPM and your practice Xero organisation contacts is different - we’ve explained this more below
Differences between Xero Practice Manager(XPM) and your practice Xero organisation sync
- Client will sync with your organisation’s Contacts depending on your Xero connection setup - more on Xero Central
- This is controlled by users with the Administrator role and can be set to ‘Never’, ‘Only when uploading invoices’ or ‘Every time client or supplier details are updated’

Hi everyone, we appreciate the support and feedback this idea has continued to receive, and the appetite for being able to add multiple addresses to a Clients record.
As you may have seen or read from our recent Xerocon announcement we have some exciting changes coming for our partners with Xero Partner Hub.
One of the big changes with this is unifying Client experiences and bringing them into one place - Meaning with Xero Partner Hub you'll have the ability to add multiple addresses for a client 😊
We understand there's a secondary request within this idea to be able to tag an email for specific purposes and we want to be upfront that his won't be possible with the initial launch but our product team are aware and considering how we might develop Xero Partner Hub for this use overtime - We have created a separate idea that we'd…

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for the reply, the main reason is so when we are looking at clients within a group you can see if there are different email addresses. It would enable us to quickly pick up on changes required easily within the group. I know we could build a report but that is just cumbersome to build a report.
It would be great if those screens all through XPM had more editability, for example the tax letter view it would be great if you could add the Manager field into this view.
