Hi everyone, some time on since my last update I wanted to give you more of an idea of the work we have going on to help reduce the number of steps and actions in new invoicing. Along with the changes mentioned in my last update, we've since released a change to the view of an invoice to shift details back into their own columns (similar to classic), while a small change we know it's improved visibility for some of our customers.
We also have other work in development atm that’ll further help here like a new line item grid when editing your invoice - wrapped up in this we’ll be introducing changes you’ve been asking for like the ability to create a new tracking option or account code without having to navigate away from the invoice, we’re increasing the number of items that you can view from the drop…

Hi community, we'd like to confirm that enabling phone numbers to be stored against additional people within a contact record is not something we have plans to develop at this time. This may be a function we look to explore in the long-term so we're still interested to get a clearer understanding of users that'd like to see this developed, and will continue to track this through the conversation here. If there's any change we will let you know on on this idea.
An error occurred while saving the comment Sue Van Pelt commentedWe are civil contractors, like Freya, we too need to have the accounts team, the (mulitple) project manager plus others for several large organisations we deal with. Even small businesses these days have separate email addresses for bills (we have two that have one for invoices and another for statements!!!), PLUS the sales person - what is the problem with having multiple contacts??

I've just asked Xero about this - here in NZ we are being forced off our Standard + Payroll to the Ultimate just because we have 8 staff. A 30% increase!!!
Like others, we don't use Expenses, Analytics, Currency or Projects. I asked the 'support' staff member to please reconsider adding back in the ability to add additional staff for the nominal cost ($1/person in NZ). By capping the number of employees they've totally got us cornered to having to subscribe to a plan way beyond anything I'm sure a significant number need. Revenue gathering? Not happy!
