Hi everyone, we recognise the appetite in this idea and thank you for engaging with us on this through product ideas. We understand the efficiency being able to import Quotes to Xero could have for our customers, as well as the ease of use being able to export Quotes like you can invoices. However, with team resource focused elsewhere right now, we want to be honest that import and export of Quotes are not currently in the roadmap.
Right now, for the export of Quotes you could run the Receivable Invoice Details report - We've created a common format available fro the left panel to access 'All quote details'. If you'd like to further filter this you could add a Status filter. Once you Update, you'll find you can export this detail to PDF, Excel or Google Sheets.
We'll make sure to update everyone through the idea here if there's…

Hi everyone, we thank you for your support on the idea here. We understand the needs of being able to attach documents when sending Purchase Orders, however we want to be transparent that this is not planned work at this time.
To begin, purchase orders need an update and this will be a focus for the team before enhancements like this can be considered. We will keep you updated of any related changes, here.

Thanks for the feedback and great to hear the use you find in repeat templates in Xero.
While there's no way to bulk update templates atm, you may find updating your templates through export & import of invoices more helps quicken things up?
You could export invoices that have been generated from your template to CSV, update the amounts in the exported file, and then re-import.
This will create 'Draft' invoices in your Xero org from which you can create a Repeat template and then delete the draft. 🙂

Hey everyone, thanks for all your valuable feedback and support on this idea here.
It's nice to see tips being shared throughout this thread to help others managing multiple assets. The suggestion to group similar items (like office chairs or laptops) into a single asset with a quantity can be an efficient way to handle things. When you need to dispose of some, you can then perform a partial disposal by updating the quantity, which helps save a few steps.
Wanting to share an update for you all, although I appreciate it will not be the news hoped for - Developing the capability to bulk dispose assets isn't on our current roadmap. We will keep an active eye on the support this continue to build here and be sure to let you know if anything changes here.

Hi everyone, understand the confusion in some of the recent comments here. To explain how this works at present - A report will automatically default to portrait or landscape mode based on the width of the report. The more columns you add, Xero will automatically switch the layout from portrait to landscape mode.
The same report should not change from user to user, if you're finding this it may be worth checking your printer fit settings and if these differ.
We don't have plans for developing an option of whether a report prints in landscape or portrait mode atm, but our teams are across the interest of this, so if there's any change we'll share an update on this with you, here.

This needs to be all reports - our report packs often look horrible when we add in multiple columns for things such as month/budget/variance/YTD/YTD Budget etc. The GL names all double line and the reports look horendous and are long. They turn landscape themselves at a certain point but there's not much reason to this and we should be able to choose this instead.

Hi everyone, we get how a 'pause' button would help when juggling multiple tasks, and avoid the need to stop and restart the timer. We want to be honest that there aren't any plans for developing a pause option within XPM. Our teams focus for the time being is on development of the unified practice experience that'll soon be released with the Xero Partner Hub. You can read more on this through our website.

This is a great idea. I currently use an external stopwatch app on my computer which is less than ideal. It means I can at the end of the day put in the total hours/time on a job rather than worry about exact start and finish times.
This is such a critical missing step. It makes the PO function so onerous for a client when they need to send their supplier an attachment regarding their PO. If they could just attach their files and send it would make the PO email function actually useable for more clients rather than still needing to send out of an email platform.
