Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback regarding YTD line items on payslips. We understand that "Other previous earnings" groupings can cause confusion for some employees.
In Xero Payroll, any earnings that haven’t been included in the current pay but were paid previously in the financial year are grouped and shown as Other previous earnings.
While we don't have plans on our immediate roadmap to change this feature, we’ll keep voting open to track interest for the future. In the meantime, you can access a detailed pay item YTD breakdown via the Payroll Activity Details and Transaction Listing Details reports.

Hi everyone, we appreciate interest from you all here in being able to adopt autosave into Quotes. Across the board there are mixed reviews from users that would, and those that would not like to see this enhancement across Xero features.
Right now, the current experience requires you to click Save on the quote before navigating to another screen in Xero.
We appreciate there are other contributing factors to the need here like session timeouts and internet connectivity.
Being upfront this isn't a feature we have roadmapped at this time, however our product teams are aware of the needs and interest of this here and will take this into consideration as they continue to plan the future of Quotes across Xero. If there are any plans to progress this we'll make sure to keep you all informed and updated through this idea. Thanks

I have noticed across all my clients' Xero books, that when changes are made to employee's profiles (either their Earnings Rate Name or Leave Balances) that this change is then reflected across all their PREVIOUS payslips. I find that concerning because when audits are done or simply references are made to previous pay runs, that the incorrect Earnings Rate Name is shown (although the pay rate of course, remains the same) or that the Leave Balances are capturing the change made later, in earlier payslips. I realise that Leave Transaction Reports can be run, however, a running balance is not shown on those reports, so it is difficult to then see when the change took place.
So for example, if an employee had an AL accrued balance from 4 weekly processed pay runs and then an Opening Balance was introduced / entered, when we go back to look at earlier payslips, that OB is included in the Leave Balance - hence changing the details on the payslip. So, what the employee received previously is now different to his payslip should it be reprinted. I realise that OBs should be reflected 'at the beginning' but I would prefer that issued payslips 'remain static' so that changes can easily be seen/traced.
If the OB is changed at any stage, then the employee's next payslip should reflect a different balance.
