Hi William, thanks for your feedback. To help me look into this a bit deeper for you could you please share where you are when clicking on the invoice number and being taken to the invoice - for example is this within a specific report or from the Account transactions of a bank account?
This has likely been set up as a quick link but I can look to confirm if you can share a little more detail. Thanks

Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.
We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;
- Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish
- Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
- Improved the accuracy of the supplier

Right now, Hubdocs doesn't save that much time - probably 20-40 seconds an invoice when they are simple and straight forward.
Anything with multiple lines that needs to go to separate categories takes time to separate out, and god forbid you change quantities with VAT rounding issues... It's a nightmare.
PLEASE build this improvement - it will be a game changer and at this point we are actually looking at other financial packages that can do this out the box.

Hi Kelly,
Go to a customer and look at their standard page.... Try to copy and paste any invoice number - the moment you click on the line, it takes you to the invoice if you can't press escape quick enough.
Same on if you go to the main invoice or bill list... .you see all the invoices. If you just want to copy and paste - you can't easily.
The moment you highlight the invoice number, if you don't release the mouse - you can press control + c, but the moment you release the mouse, it will go to that entry (if you are still on the line).. you then have to click back and it is annoying to do bulk quick work.
If you go to for example, the Awaiting Payment tab - it behaves differently. If you release the mouse after clicking/highlighting the invoice number, it does not go to the invoice.
I'm trying to do a lot of bulk work and this behaviour just gets really annoying.
