Sorry to hear you're not liking the refresh of the Files inbox, Felicity. The intention is to make managing and working with your files simpler and more efficient.
Just to confirm, when you say this has added extra clicks for you - would that be the need to go to the Archived tab to access a fioder you've moved a file to?

Hi everyone, we understand you'd like more consistency in the documents you send from Xero and appreciate all your feedback on Remittance customisation here. While we have longer terms intentions to improve branding across Xero, this is not roadmapped for development at present.
We'll continue to stay connected to the idea here and engage to share when there is opportunity to develop in this space.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback and votes on adding birthday notifications to Australian payroll - we understand how this could help with team celebrations and managing age-based award rate compliance.
After reviewing with our product team, this feature isn't currently on our roadmap, and we'll update the status to 'Not in Pipeline'. Right now, setting up an external calendar could help you track these important dates.
We appreciate you all taking the time to share your feedback with us, and will continue to watch the traction this idea receives through Votes. If there is any change, we will share an update here.

I have hundreds of pages of archived files that are all attached to the transactions for the past seven years. That's the only place the document needs to be - with the transaction. The archived file cannot be deleted, as it deletes it from the transaction. Users should be able to choose what they put in the Inbox and Archive boxes. Is this new 'feature' contributing to the slow loading of pages?
