    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you explaining how important access to reports on draft pay runs is for your workflows, especially for client approvals and pre-submission checks.

    Our product team is currently looking into payroll reporting improvements as part of a wider review, however adding additional reports to draft pay runs is not something that’s on their foreseeable roadmap.

    Currently you can download payslips, P32 and Payroll Activity Details/Summary reports from draft pay runs. These provide a breakdown of employee earnings and employer liabilities, which can be used for pre-checks before submitting your pay run to HMRC.

    ive just switched to Xero payroll after telling my manager how good Xero is, and now I find I can't run a draft Gross to Net report for her to review for payroll. Embarrassing!! Please fix this Xero!! It's essential to have a draft report for review before filing, in order to have good financial controls in the business.

    Hi community, we totally get why you'd like to easily track partially received goods or services against a single purchase order, and to see the remaining balance within Xero.

    With the new Purchase orders experience that’ll be coming soon, our team has paid close attention to the flows and different needs in managing supplier goods that have been expressed through product ideas.

    Our team is looking to solve needs for tracking partial amounts received, so we’ll keep you updated of progress surrounding this here. 🙂
