Hey everyone, we appreciate a lot of recent activity and trend in this idea especially with Pay Day Super coming.
As mentioned in my last updated this is an idea our product teams are keeping a close pulse on and we want you to know this is high on our agenda, likely to be picked up later this year.
While we can't provide any commitments as yet, we'll share another update here as soon as there's progress.

Hi everyone, thanks for showing your interest here. We've been looking into your requests around Document packs, however want to be upfront that right now, editing sent packs is not on the immediate roadmap.
We appreciate you providing more details on the exact scenarios where being able to edit a sent pack would be most helpful. It provides a good picture of the specific problems you're facing, which will help us explore various solutions in the future.
We'll be sure to keep you updated on any progress.

Starting from 1 July 2022 we will need to start preparing General Purpose Financial Statements for some of our clients. It would be amazing if Xero had a report template that we could use to prepare these.

In response to point one. After first confirming with the client which email address they would like their document pack sent to (they have several). They have now changed their mind and would like it sent to another email address. This document pack currently contains 11 documents (including 4 sets of financial statements and 4 tax returns). This will take up 15 minutes of my day. Whereas editing the email address and resending would take less than a minute. This type of situation happens a lot.
