Thanks for sharing this idea. We can understand how allowing customers to accept selected line items within a quote could make it easier to manage proposals that include optional services or products, without needing to create and send revised quotes.
We've updated the status of this idea to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community interest. If this capability would improve your quoting workflow, add your vote and share the types of quotes or scenarios where line-by-line acceptance would be most useful.

⭐ Thanks so much for taking the time to share this idea in so much detail. The examples and use cases you’ve included do a great job of showing why more flexible repeating invoice schedules would make a real difference for businesses managing recurring and occasional charges.
This is an area that is continuing to gain support. The need for more flexibility, less manual admin, and better support for real-world billing arrangements is something we know matters to customers, and feedback like this helps reinforce that.
While I can’t make any specific promises on timing or delivery here, please know this idea is valuable and the level of detail you’ve provided genuinely helps inform those conversations. Thanks again for sharing it and helping highlight an important pain point.

Thank you everyone, for sharing your feedback on the new invoice template editor.
While we hear your concerns, we don’t accept ideas asking us to remove a new feature or restore an old experience. That said we want to hear your feedback on how we can improve the new experience.
In relation to feedback on the invoice title - We've recently released an update in the Advanced section of the editor where you have multiple options for the Invoice title, a couple of preselections or the ability to set your own custom title.
I've linked some ideas started around changes users would like to see below, and encourage you to add your vote where of interest to you. This'll be highly valuable to the team and we'll be able to keep you updated on related changes

Xero needs to create an option to allow invoice reminders to include one address only. Our clients are complaining about multiple emails received due to reminders going out to all emails attached to their contact.
In our business we need to include all email contacts and do not wish to turn off invoice reminders.

The new layout for the invoices is atrocious. Not only have I had to waste time setting up additional information which has been included on my invoices for 9 years now, the look is disgusting. The massive font used for the amount due and due date is actually embarrassing to send to my clients. I would like the option to revert back to the way it was.
