Hi team, we appreciate the on-going support and feedback we're receiving on this idea and pleased to be able to share this update. Our product team are actively exploring how we can best solve for the needs raised here, although at this time are unable to provide any set timeframes.
They are very much aware of the appetite from our community on this, and as part of their exploration have reached out some users here as they gather insights.
For the time being we'll shift to In discovery and I'll return as soon as there is more on this to share.

We hear you team! Thank you for continuing to share back with us here, and a big thanks to those that registered interest and provided input to the teams earlier research.
Right now, there's still some discovery going on around this functionality, but I want to assure you this is a feature our team are keen to develop.
While the first round of research helped inform our team they want to dive deeper into some of the aspects surrounding this feature that'll help ensure we create a solution that'll best fit majority of businesses.
We'd like to give provide the opportunity to everyone here to participate in this and if you can spare a few minutes, our team have prepared a few questions in this form š that we'd love your feedback on.

I guess that's where https://www.statey.app has come from. I'm currently paying the Ā£8 monthly to send a PDF on 1st to each customer with an outstanding balance.
Still not quite what I need as some customers want a statement even if their balance is Ā£0.
It needs to be inside Xero really so I can set it on a per account basis with some variables like
"Always send (even if balance is Ā£0)"
"Send when there are 30+ day invoices"

there are lots of things with 500+ votes.Of the options available in the Marketplace 'Statey' seems to be the most affordable. Any comments on Statey from folks here?

Hi team, wanting to provide an update to you here, we want you to know we understand the efficiency more users would like to have in being able to automate the creation of the Xero subscription invoice inside their Xero org.
To highlight from my last update for UK users this is possible with eInvoicing through the online invoice (My Bills page).
This is still something we're interested in developing in more regions however isn't planned in our roadmap just yet.
When resource opens up for us to be able to pick this work up we will share an update with you all on this here. Thanks for staying engaged and supporting in this idea.

Great to hear this is now available in the UK, I can't see a 'Receive Xero subscription bills as einvoices' option in my billing settings.
Can you give a bit more clarity on where this should be located please?

Interested to know what alternatives folks are exploring. Moving platforms feels like quite a big process which I guess Xero rely on to keep us stuck here.
I'm paying Ā£8 for Statey.app but it's not quite what we need as some customers want fortnightly statements and that's on the Ā£40 plan which would make Xero + Statey pretty much Ā£100 monthly.
